"Het zwembad was niet open, wat wel op de site stond. Dit was 1 van de redenen dat we dit hotel hebben gekozen. Verder was het ontbijt erg summier, met weinig soorten beleg. Dit is absoluut niet wat ik zou verwachten van een vier sterren hotel. "

"Leuk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. We kregen eerst een 4 persoons kamer echter het water uit de kraan bleef bruin. Het hotel loste dat op door ons een 3p kamer in het nieuwe deel te geven op de bovenste /4de verdieping. De kamers in het oude deel zijn iets gedateerd. In het nieuwe deel zijn ze meer up to date. Kamer zijn schoon en ruim. Alles is aanwezig. De wifi werkte echter niet op de bovenste / 4 de verdieping . De gym en het zwembad zaten bij de prijs inbegrepen. Voor de sauna en spa moet fors bij betaald worden. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en vriendelijk personeel."

The hotel is located in a historic building that was originally built in 1902 as a casino, the Palacio Sol. Over the years, the building was renovated and remodeled, and in 2001 it reopened as the Park Hyatt Mendoza. It still combines the charm and grandeur of the original architectural design with modern amenities and comfort. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers stunning views of the Andes. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome: your suitcases are taken from the taxi and neatly brought to your room. The rooms are spacious, the beds sleep wonderfully and the bathroom is truly exquisite. The breakfast is extensive, especially by Argentine standards. I was finally able to order an omelette, poched benedict or fried egg! The staff are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need! "
