'Wonderfully relaxing and quiet. Great location. The house was very well laid out with decks and upper and lower bedrooms. Especially noteworthy was the very thoiughtfully organized kitchen with all of the necessary implements easily found. (One small item we couldn't find was a tea strainer)'

'We loved the Sauk River Cabin! Perfect base for hikes along the Mountain Loop Highway and in North Cascades NP. Great location near Darrington, which has groceries, restaurants, and gas.The cabin itself is wonderful. Very comfy, and the river-side amenities like the fire pit and the lounge chairs on the riverbank make it a great place to hang out between and after explorations.Highly recommended!'

'The property was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Skagit River from the back porch and family room area. We used the home as a base for driving into the North Cascades National Park and doing day hikes. We did Cascade pass, Maple pass, and Blue Lake trails and then enjoyed the beautiful drive back to the rental home each day where we prepared a delicious meal using the grill and enjoying the dining area with a view of the river. 'A really great property on the water for a couple and pet or 2 couples!My partner and I loved our stay with our puppy. The walk down to the water is easy and the neigborhood is very quiet and private. A very close drive to town!The kitchen was nice to use and the ameninites were all great. 'Absolutely fell in love with this property! My partner and I spent days just sitting on the back porch reading and talking while listening to the river. The mountain loop drive up to the Cascades was breathtaking! WiFi made up for the lack of cell service, and anything we needed was promptly addressed by the owners. Will look at coming back for another stay in the future!'

'Pictures were extremely accurate. All communication was done over the app, made the entire process easy and peaceful. Such a cozy place. We went in early May (which can be spciy with weather), but we got a beautiful week. The time period also allowed for limited bugs, wonderful hiking weather, and zero neighbors.
