It was extremely dusty, visibly dirty, and there was dried blood on one of the pillows, which was completely unacceptable. 'Great experience everything was perfect'

'Our stay at this motel was pretty good. Everything was as expected for a budget motel. Room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff was very pleasant. One thing that surprised us was how quiet this property was, at night there is almost no noise at all. Rooms are very spacious and everything in the room worked as it should. The only complaint that I have is the wifi. There is almost no signal at all. I would recommend this property to those who...

'The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night.'

'There are literal roaches in the room. They have one person running this and another local hotel, you have to call to get someone there to check you in. Which means no staff at all, no coffee, no working ice machine, and a place that should simply be closed.'
