'There are several best westerns in the Carlisle area. I have stayed at ones that are not this one apparently. Because if I had stated this one prior to this weekend, I would not have returned. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana! The front desk receptionist kindly moved me into a room that was on a hallway that smelled a little less of marijuana, but still the entire place reeked! The side door where people were going in and out to smoke did not lock. That made me feel a little uncomfortable....

'The carpets are threadbare and completely puled away from the walls. Hole punched through the night stand lamp, huge chunks of leather missing out of the headboard, shared wall with laundry room so constant noise. No phone in room to call desk. Checked out early and only stayed because it was very late and I was exhausted. '

'We booked a room, one of our party members booked another room to access early while being assured cancelling would be no problem. When we arrived cancelling was a problem and we ended up with two rooms. '
