'Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.'

'Excellent stay. Wonderful service, comfortable room and delicious breakfast.'

'Enjoyed my stay, loved the horses and breakfast was great!'

'Het was gewoon fantastisch. Je komt helemaal in de sfeer van destijds. '

'The staff was very personable and helpful. However, I’ve been to several b&b in Gettysburg and this one was just meh.'

'Wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and beautifully maintained. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, great shower/towels, espresso machine/hot water kettle...so many extra touches to make the stay complete. Carter makes an amazing breakfast! Will definitely stay at Stocks Manor any time we might be in the area.'

'Absolutely lovely B &B in the perfect location. The family that owns the property are wonderfully kind and accommodating. I usually stay in brand hotels for points but I thought I’d try something different. I love it and will be back!'

'The house is absolutely beautiful and has a museum within it of civil war artifacts. Laura and Ronald were amazing hosts and the food was delicious. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10! I can’t wait to go back.'
