'Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. 'Good location and clean room'

'I had a wonderful stay at Habitaciones Figueroa! The room and property were very clean and comfortable. The management and staff were very nice and helpful and the building is in a great location in the city. I really enjoyed staying there and I will definitely go back on my next visit to Madrid!'

'Very helpful staff let me check in early to leave my bag. Beautiful old apartmento right in the city centre. Front room is really big but it can be noisy at night from the street but this doesn't bother me.'
