'Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to be accommodating. Waited too long for a server at breakfast so I ended up leaving but I love the bar at Art Bar and the Italian restaurant has delicious food and great wine selection. '

'Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. '
