Especially while staying, it’s helpful to k ow the host’s expectations regarding check-out. The Host was not always responsive, which was also concerning. 'Besides the price which is very reasonable. Each time that we travel to Chico, always stay at this motel. I find the staff friendly and plenty of parking and the rooms are always clean. Next time we are in Chico our #1 Choice.'
