'Bathroom was dirty, fan for Bathroom didn't work. With the room air-conditioner on, the room had an smell of mildew. It was late march and 83* there was an indoor pool but it was closed unless you ask the right person. I wasn't that lucky. I WILL NOT COME BACK!!'

'The property is mostly a parking lot. There is a lot of broken glass and garbage in the fields next to the parking area. The room was clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet at night and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and welcoming! '

'Sort of a hidden gem in 'the middle of nowhere'. Located almost on the I5, but absolutely no noise in the rooms, so that was a great start. Just as the check in by the really friendly staff. We would recommend dining at Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland 'Downtown'. Best burger I had ever had and a 'local' feel'. This town incl. hotel was a great experience.'

'The area is very nice, the hotel was very clean and good breakfast Buffett. There are plenty if places to eat if needed. I only have 1 issue and that was there was no handle in the shower to hang on to when you wash your feet/ legs. They do have a handle outside the shower but there should be one inside also. But all in all it’s a great place!'

'I thought the amenities were terrific, with one exception, (which I think I kindly told the host about), the bed pillows. My opinion ; they looked great but too thick, too stiff.Other than that, lovely! '
