'The property location is really convenient and walkable to the park and downtown! The furnishings are dated and a bit rundown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was lackluster. Overall, an easy one night/quick stay for convenience.'

'Great location near the SOU campus featuring clean, convenient accommodations, helpful staff, and a few minor quirks. The rooms are spotless, the pool is great, and having laundry facilities is very convenient. However, the A/C is loud, the bathroom layout is quite tight, and the shower needs better lighting. Note that there is no ice machine or water refilling station, and the advertised "garden" is just a basic grassy area with trees which has a potential to become a peaceful garden for guests...

'The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated.
