'The room was dated but clean, extremely musty and overpowering smell'

'The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that...

'Room was very clean, great view of Ocean Hwy where the cars were cruising. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Look forward to staying here again.'

'Didn’t really use any amenities so can’t rate that. Pleasant staff & pleasant stay. The only complaint we have is that the room was cold & the unit on the wall didn’t work to turn on some heat.'

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '

'Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

'The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff was great. There were nice attractions nearby and lots to walk to. The climate control wasn’t working but the provided plug in electric room unit kept us warm when the temp dropped. The bathroom sink was made for a tall faucet but only had a short one so washing hands was a big chore. I’d definitely stay there again though'
