'Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. Compliments to the chef for a perfectly grilled steak- best we have ever eaten which says alot as we are in our fifties and eat lots of it! Compliments to all the other staff for such a warm, friendly welcome and excellent service. Total ethos and ambience of both the dining rooms and bedroom were inviting, comfortable and so relaxing plus spotlessly clean. '

'Very nice room with comfortable bed. Stayed in executive room, but proper desk to work on his missing!!!. Could not find a way to turn heating off. Restaurant: We had dinner with four, Food mediocre, different wine served than the one ordered so overall not up to standard.'

The carpets and curtains have seen better days, but everything was properly clean, ignoring permanent stains/damage to the carpet etc. The walls are thin so you're at the mercy of your neighbours when it comes to noise. The included breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.'

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. '
