'One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.'

'The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. It was nice to be able to walk over. Every person we spoke with was great. Got the feeling they just wanted to make our stay fabulous. The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it. The pool area...

'this cottage is out of a fairy tale. However it is really a beautifully crafted building. All Oak paneling and trim throughout and done by craftsmen. Complete privacy. Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Plenty of opportunities to commune with nature both around the cottage and the beautiful Tennessee mtns. Only bummer was I discovered the swans were not real. '

'A nice change from the usual hotel experience. Unique and convenient. I would not hesitate to stay again. Be aware, steep stairs to climb so not a good choice if you have trouble with that. There is no ice machine so if you need ice, this also would not be a good fit. But, I enjoyed my stay.'

'Charming little room and stay in this beautiful small town! The people are the nicest and they have the best little shops and restaurants! Would highly recommend Sweetwater and the Remedies Inn!'
