"The room was great but the staff was not helpful. They were disrespectful when you asked them questions. The lobby was extremely hot as well as the elevator and halls! Weed smoking at the pool and in front of building. Rates for parking were way too high!"

"You should not have to pay 25.00 for parking, you're staying at the hotel and paying those costs. It is consumer robbery. No microwave in the room. Hotel representative initially gave me the wrong room number, so I had to come back to the lobby for corrections."
