'A small group of friends, myself, and my two dogs stayed here to watch the solar eclipse. The spacious backyard was the perfect place for eclipse viewing and the small town was close enough to Lake Placid for a morning shopping trip but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The house itself has GORGEOUS views, a relaxing hot tub (perfect for after a long hike), and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall it was the perfect home away from home to spend a long weekend.'

'I came here to spend Christmas with my daughter and we had a wonderful. The space is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and a nice kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back.'

'The apartment is beautifully managed. It is very cozy indeed. The owner maintained communication with us constantly when needed and his response was on time. This means a new fridge and also construction materials around the property (no fenced in yard for pets, plus empty bottles/gum wads, etc around construction area).
