A clean, cozy, warm, fully furnished house with stylish decor. There are common areas and gardens to relax, chill, and have fun. This is a nice place for small families, couples, solo mates, business trip travellers, and educational trip travellers.

The apartment balcony faces the street. It is not as quiet as living in the countryside, but the double-glazed glass can provide very good soundproofing. If you are very sensitive to noise, please consider this before making the booking. Thank you very much.



Each apartment has an open living and dining area with a balcony. In the afternoon, enjoy the sunshine with coffee or a glass of New Zealand fine wine, chill and relax. There's a smart TV with Freeview TV channels and free unlimited high-speed fibre Wi-Fi for your social and business requirements.



Deluxe comfortable bed. Each apartment is set up with high-quality, hotel-standard linens, towels, and blankets. We also prepare an iron and ironing board/steamer iron and cloth hangers for the guests.



The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There are also a private in-unit washing machine and dryer.



We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook a meal. - Our welcome package includes instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tissue, toilet paper, and laundry capsules to prepare you for your first arrival.



A Portable Aircon is provided in the living area.



Guest Access:

Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and access the In-Building swimming pool on level 2.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Auckland city centre. Therefore, walking will be the easiest and most cost-efficient way to get around.



Only 5 minutes walk to the Works Depot Eatery area with plenty of modern cafes and restaurants and many outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the sun and fresh air. My favourite place is Best Ugly Bagel, the best-handcrafted bagel in town, with vegetarian options and high-quality coffee.



The apartment is 15 minutes walk from the famous SkyTower. Enjoy fine dining on the Sky Tower and a stunning view or a causal lunch underneath the Sky Tower on Federal Street, some of New Zealand's best chef restaurants with Michelin Stars. Federal Delicatessen restaurant is my favourite, and the pastrami sandwich is a must-try with bottomless Supreme filtered coffee.



Less than 20 minutes from the apartment to High Street and Queen Street. Enjoy some shopping and a culture walk after dining, and maybe grab another coffee in the afternoon. New Zealand people are crazy about coffee, and you can find a cafe every 15 meters in the CBD area.



Another food and shopping area is Ponsonby, less than 20 minutes walk from the apartment or $6 when you take the Uber. You can find whatever you need in high fashion stores, boutique shops, and local New Zealand artists' stores. Bars and pubs for nightlife is a highland too, definitely a place for young and energetic people.

-Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 0-2 hours :$ 4 per hour, 2 hours+: $7 per additional hour

-Weekends and public holidays 8 am - 6 pm 0-2 hours :$ 2.50 per hour, 2 hours+: $4 per additional hour

-Overnight: 6pm - 8am $2 per hour

The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
