Come and relax in our studio apartment that has the best views in Auckland! You can watch the sunrise from the cute little garden balcony or the sunset over the Waitakere ranges. 2 Minutes to K'Rd, Ponsonby, the iconic pink cycleway, & a short stroll to Auckland CBD. This small studio apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You have access to your own kitchen, bathroom, double bed(that folds up into the wall), unlimited wifi & laundry. It's pretty much a treehouse in the sky!

This studio space will suit a couple or a single person who loves the hustle and bustle of the city. Its located within 2 minutes distance to the iconic K'road and Ponsonby road (great food and shopping). Its also a 15 minute walk to the skytower/Auckland CBD/ and all motorways are within a 2 minute drive away.

Please note that this apartment is right near the motorway so if you are a light sleeper just take note that there is background noise. We have lived here for over 2 years and we haven't found it a problem at all. Also its very small but super cosy and has everything you need in its 21 sqm space.

You will have full and exclusive use of the studio throughout your stay.

You look directly down at the pink cycle way which leads straight into the city. Western park is right across the road, Ponsonby central, K'Rd, Auckland CBD, SkyTower, all of the best eateries around, all of the things are right there!

Main bus routes run right along K'road (2 min walk from apartment) and Lime scooters are always out front of the building. There is a Wilson car park next door to the apartment, and street parking is available.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Check in is between 3pm - 12am.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 8pm - 7am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
