The home features three well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. Relax in the spacious lounge area, enjoy delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, for enjoyable mealtimes together.

Step outside to the expansive deck and garden area, where you can savour the beautiful surroundings and embrace the outdoor lifestyle offered by the island.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1- queen bed, Bedroom 2- two single beds, Bedroom 3 - queen bed

Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Please Note: there are CCTV cameras in the exterior of this property monitoring the garage area and the driveway. They are operational at all times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
