'Such an excellent place to spend a night away. It had everything we needed and despite only being a quick drive to the city, it felt like a different world. We loved lighting the fireplace and it also meant the house stayed cosy all night and into the following morning. The place was clean, comfortable and we loved the extra attention to details. Meeting the animals was an added bonus! Vaughan was a great host, excellent communication and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!'

'The internal house and all the rooms and facilities were very lovely.The location - very close to the airport (which I wanted).Slightly scary location. And also a guy came to the door (allegedly) looking for a person in the house.'

'Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. The shower pressure isn't great but there was plenty of hot water. The main downside and the reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack...

'Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.'

'A lovely and relaxing private place, also nice and cosy, so peaceful and quiet at night. Convenient and easy to get around and not far from your main places around the city. Only two things that I wanted to make feedback on:(1) a small dining suite with at least 1 or 2 chairs in the kitchen area would help a lot,2) the shower is quite narrow so wider built people will not fit comfortably in the shower unless you leave the shower door open.Other than that I would highly recommend this place.'

'The accommodation is great, really spacious and modern. WIFI is a bit sketchy, and seems to be shared with owners upstairs, along with the hot water, which honestly can take ages to come through and can take time to re heat itself. Duvet in main bedroom leaves a bit to desire with stains all over it, was just thrown on the floor as luckily was hot enough not to need it. But a really nice spacious apartment.'
