'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. Overall space in the room was good and the bed was nice (not a big fan of the pillows as they were too...

'Basic facilities but very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient. Would happily recommend to a family on a budget.'
