Downstairs Rumpus room: is fitted with a 65 inch Flat screen TV and 7.1.2 Sound system. Furnished with 2 Large comfortable sofas, a sofa bed for any additional guests, and 2 indoor / outdoor bean bags.
Equipped with a small fridge and microwave to enjoy light snacks & drinks. Also has a small home Gym area with working bench, weights, and tennis table. Room leads to a sunny fully fenced and private backyard.
Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi accessible and available from all areas of the home.

Important Notes ( READ BEFORE BOOKING)

• No Parties/Gathering : Strictly enforced Quiet hours (8pm - 7am). No unauthorised visitors. Breach of this will result early termination of stay without refund.

• Children: No safety features for young children. Adult supervision required. No touch of Art works.

• Shoes: No shoes on the carpet.

• Sofa Bed: Additional Charge of $50 per night for use of Sofa bed for guest number 12 or less.
*Please request at least 1 day in advance with pre-payment if you need add use of sofa bed.

• Cleaning: Guests are asked to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy during their stay and before check out.
