The Space:
A luxurious cottage where you will relax from the moment you arrive. Enjoy the sea views and manicured gardens from the deck, living area and bedroom. The kitchenette has a small hob, microwave and dishwasher. A king size bed and a modern bathroom complete the luxury.

Please note: Linen and an exit cleaning fee of $200 applies to each stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and early January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Smiths Cottage available for adults only.

The Neighborhood:
Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Smiths Cottage is centrally located to the main village, shops / cafes and two beautiful beaches making it a great base for a stay on the island!

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
