'Was looking for a place to stay while in town for the powerboat race. The Douglas House fit the bill perfect perfectly. Although it is just off Duval it is in a quieter part of the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, and the AC was quiet and worked well. There is a lovely pool area (where I saw mostly couples) and also a small veranda outside each room with seating area to relax. I forgot that Key West is crawling with chickens and roosters, and although they will make...
