Accessibility

- Family-Friendly: pack and play and high chair available upon request. There is not a fence around the pool. Please keep the door locked if you have children in your group. We have provided alarms for doors that lead to the pool which can be turned on by the guest for additional safety
- Parking: Free parking available on-site, including street and driveway space.
- Event Access: Perfect for guests attending local events like ACL and SXSW.
- The spa is free to heat, but there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool. Both require 48 hours notice prior to arrival to turn on

House Rules:

- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events without prior approval
- No people other than those in the guest party may stay overnight
- No glitter, confetti, or tape on the walls or furniture (both inside and out); a minimum of 200 dollars will be charged if any of the items mentioned afre found at the property
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
- No diving in the pool
- No glass containers in the pool
- Heating the hot tub or pool require 48 hours notice prior to your stay; a charge of $100/day will be added to heat the pool
- In the event the pool heater malfunctions, no refunds or discounts will be applied
- The temperature of the pool will carry from about 77 to 85 degrees F depending on the weather.
- Guests may not tamper with the pool heater or motor or attempt to change the pool temperature
- Pool will be heated in the colder months only
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
- No removal of interior furniture to the exterior
- Please ensure sliding doors in the second living room are closed when not in use
