'The hotel looked different in person than how it was pictured online. When going to find our room the hallways were dimly lit and it was a maze. The lights did not turn on in the room and there was a connecting room door, which we did not ask for. Overall, I did not feel safe.'

I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor.
