'This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! '

'We stayed here the last week in October and luckily had gorgeous weather. This house is laid out beautifully with lots of adirondack chairs everywhere. The hot tub was used every night and pool also. The view is gorgeous, deer seen every morning on the dunes and beach, great restaurants, and very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay here again!'

'House was great and just as described in the listing. Very clean. We had a slight issue with check in (not the owners' fault) and they responded immediately to our request for help. Short walk down a path and over a dune to the beach. We had a great week! '

'Excellent in so many ways! Plenty of room for gathering, plus lots of spaces for getting away for "Me" time. Loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom - nice privacy. Check-in was so easy and hassle-free (Thank you!) The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans (though a couple more smaller pots would have been helpful) and plenty of utensils. That pot-filler feature is amazing! Never knew I needed one!'

'We felt very much at home! The pool and hot tub were much appreciated. The home was well equipped and clean. The hostess was very informative, easy to reach, and quick to respond. We enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. The kids enjoyed the built in porch area and utilized it for a playroom. Very satisfied! '
