There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. 'Room was clean and spacious. They were able to accommodate our family plus pet comfortably. However, they did not provide towels in the room. When asked they said we had to wait for housekeeping in the morning and when followed up in the morning, there were no clean towels available. The pool room also did not have towels for swimmers. '

'The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. 'I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! '

'We stayed here for 3 nights, arrived with a late night flight from Las Vegas at Baltimore Washington Airport. Only a 15 minutes cardrive from the airport, and a 40 minutes cardrive to Washington DC. For 4 persons we had two suites reserved at a very reasonable price. Both room were equiped with a kitchen, small living room, bedroom with a double bed and batch room.
