'We had a fantastic stay in the house! Pierfrancesco was always helpful, and very friendly. He gave us good tips on what to do in the area, from restaurants to nice villages. The house looks better than on the pictures! The swimming pool was quite big (don't forget that there is lights for in the evening) and the area was very quiet. 'We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

'Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. A small car is a must for narrow roads in hilltop towns. The town was close by with a short up hill walk. I felt I was back in time, learning to just enjoy the simpleness and beauty of it all! 'Couldn’t have asked for a better location or villa for our family trip to Umbria. We were a total of 9 with varying needs and our stay in Todi checked all the boxes. We loved exploring Todi (highly recommend dining at Enoteca Oberdan!), Assisi, and Civita. Some in our group also did a day trip to Rome via the Terri train station (approximately 35 minutes away). 'Abbiamo passato il capodanno 2023 in questa splendida casa di campagna in4 adulti e 2 cagnoline. La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e completa di ogni confort. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. 'Het huis is echt super! Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier maar je kan hier met veel meer personen verblijven. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee leefruimtes met allebei een keuken. Devilla is voorzien van alle modern comfort en beschikt over een goede airconditioning. Buiten heb je wel 4 terassen voor lunch en diner of om gewoon te chillen waarvan eentje aan het fantastische zwembad. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht. 'Een prachtig vakantiehuis met airco en zwembad, zeer geschikt voor een familie. Klein minpuntje was een probleem met wat algenvorming op de bodem van het zwembad, waarop zeer snel en adequaat gereageerd is. Emiliano is een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar/host. Hij reageerde direct op al onze vragen. Hij heeft ons ook heel goed geholpen toen een van de kleine kinderen ziek werd, hij stond eigenlijk altijd voor ons klaar.'
