'Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. I called and the lady just said: “sorry m’mam I can’t find your reservation”. I texted the phone number with the receipt, the payment and the itinerary. No luck. No one even...

'The apartment was very clean and comfortable. No door handle on the back door, found one friendly cockroach and the AC condensate dripped constantly. No kitchen towels, one garbage bag. Our keys didn’t work the first time to open the door so we had to go back and get new keys. Overall, it was very clean as described, and easy to get to. The pool and security were amazing, we would recommend it to friends and family.. the beaches are amazing, would also recommend getting a golf cart.'
