'The pools were not vacuumed when we arrived and not vacuumed a single time for our week there, so very very dirty. The cleanlyness is a bit so, so and there is a massive need for maintenance. But the slides were great and the Animation team working with the entertainment were the best ever. Five stars for them making the visist lovely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'

'The facilities were beautiful and the reception when I arrived was beyond expectation. The service everywhere in the resort was fantastic and the Elizabeth at the spa was wonderful. When I scheduled a massage, they recommended their best masseuse, Ksenia. She was an expert and I was so relaxed when she finished. I also enjoyed a pedicure from Tiana, who did a great job. 'We very much enjoyed our stay as both the grounds as the room were very nice. The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face. Also the reception was very pleasant and effective. All by all it was a very nice holiday!'
