I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. 'The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude.
