'First, I want to start with the only two things I would change about this stay. The first being that when your booking understand that the hot tub does not come heated for free, you have to pay for the entire pool to be heated to get a hot tub heated, which sucked because we couldn’t use it at all as it was cold. The second thing would be the amount of cooking utensils in the kitchen. We cannot find a spatulas or anything in at this price point. I would assume the house would come equipped for...

'Horrible communication, host cancelled a day before my trip. As it was a festival we were attending so room rates were astronomical . So here I go 3 hrs on the phone with Expedia/vrbo to make sure I would get a refund. Worst experience ever.'
