'I had good communication with the owner. I also appreciated the obvious efforts in the upgrades of the space - nice, innovative ideas. I do think the stained furniture could be replaced. The neighborhood made me a little nervous and I did not realize it was right on a busy street. The parking was also difficult - our 2 cars barely fit in the garage and because of that it was difficult to get in and out. I'm not sure there is anything you could do about that. 'Loved this home! It was a perfect place four a group of brothers to go and enjoy all of Vegas. The house was spacious. Loved the four bedrooms. The pool was a great addition! It was nice sitting out by the pool each night to relax. Home is perfectly centered so you can get where ever you need. Communication was great and had a flawless stay. Highly recommended. '
