'Nice place to stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Loved fenced in back yard for my furry friend. Very clean and nice little homey touches.'

'We liked everything about this property & location'

'This home was a perfect vacation home in the heart of Waynesville. The space was extremely clean and very accommodating for us as guests. The beds were comfortable and we all slept wonderful. The kitchen was more stocked than most places we have rented before. The hosts were always responding back quickly to any and all questions that we had. I highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the area. We had an amazing time.'

'I cannot imagine not coming back here next year. When I first saw the listing, I said to myself, this is exactly what I have been looking for, and it was. From the decor and ambiance, the hot tub and sauna, the wind in the trees as I ate breakfast on the porch, to the thunderstorm outside while I was curled up on the couch with my book inside, this house was magical. The Host was prompt with replies and very helpful with recommendations. The House is in a great location. It is off a main road...

'Great stay!'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Waynesville at Maria’s place!! She was an excellent host. The two bedroom home was very accommodating and close to Frog Level where we enjoyed eating at the Frog Level Brewery on Saturday night. The house had all the necessities except for ice so make sure you grab a bag if you require it for your stay!! Thanks again Maria'

'What a wonderful location! The house was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit, too. Although we didn’t bring any pets, the house was obviously dog friendly. Our group of five had plenty of room. The house was really close to WCU, and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this location to others.'

'Nice quaint little place close to Sylva. Fast internet.'

'Great home for a night after a long drive. Price is reasonable for 2 families splitting the tab, but the area is up and coming. Not quite a destination yet. The updated home is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I wish the outdoor space was more inviting.'

'Had the whole family over of 12, we all had an excellent time.'
