'Excellent experience in a traditional onsen setting. They have both private and public baths to enjoy. Very beautiful hotel with amazing traditional breakfast. Arashiyama area is beautiful with many sights to take in, all within walking distance. Staff were very helpful with all our questions!'

'The Ranzan Hotel is located in a great walkable section of Kyoto. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, but the bathroom fixtures are dated. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room cool during the heatwave.'

'Mulan Hostel was wonderful. I came a little close to 9pm but they greeted me with such warmth and care. The dorm bed was comfortable and very nice. I loved the amenities and hot shower.
The area is perfect for seeing sights and also the bus stops right in front of the Hostel. The train was a 20min walk which is lovely in the Spring.
I would love to stay more nights in the future .'

Ik ben fotograaf en ik kon wel wat rust gebruiken na een dag in Kyoto gelopen te hebben! Ik liep elke dag minimaal 10km en het was fijn om dan terug te keren in je hotelkamer met bubbelbad! Heerlijk relaxen elke dag, wat wel nodig was! Verder werd je kamer elke dag aangevuld met verschillende zeepjes, tandenborstels, kamerjassen en waterflesjes! Het was allemaal ontzettend schoon!'
