'Alhoewel men culinair hier en/of daar wel een steekje durft laten vallen is, zijn de 3 restaurants, op hun geheel beoordeeld, bevredigend. Vooral het restaurant La Fleur, met soms aangename verrassingen. De "Happy 1+1 hour" in Ascot Bar, van 5:30 pm tot 6:30 pm is m.i. eveneens een nuttige, onderbenutte tip ....'

'Goed hotel, goede service. Jammer genoeg geen lift. Wij hadden wat problemen met de douche, iets wat je meerdere landen tegenkomt, dus geen reden om weg te blijven. Deze ongemakken worden ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het mooie uitzicht boven op het dakterras. Ook de bediening was uitermate vriendelijk.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Al Baeirat Hotel! It's situated in a peaceful area on the west bank of the Nile, where we able to take the hotel's boat right across the river to downtown. Our main man at the hotel, Saad, was able to help us organize all of our guides and drivers while in Luxor, which made all the difference. The entire staff were both helpful and attentive. We would love to stay here again next time we visit!'
