Floors could have been cleaner as could Bar area. Convenient parking 5 mins walk away at Cabot Circus multi storey. Useful to note that the Hotel Entrance is on Cave Street ( off Portland Square) Not Portland Square itself.'

'The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. We booked a standard room which was clean and had all the necessary accomodations you would expect (water cooker, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, vault,…).
