'All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. 'Nice brand new hotel. Only twee weeks ago opened their doors as they said. Staff is really doing the best to make you feel well. We found our room nice and modern, just a little bit small for two persons and a child of 11 years. The mattress in the child bed was really hard! Another (small) issue was that the hotel does not have a car park. We were not prepared for that and were driving around the area a few times until we found Southgate Shopping Centre Car Park. Quite ok, I think about 13...
