enjoy the city with comfort and an excellent location. With 1 bedroom
and capacity for up to 4 guests, it is perfect for families or
travelers looking for a cozy and well-connected space.

The apartment features a spacious and bright living room, equipped with
a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a heat pump, making it
ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. From the balcony
and terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors and the vibrant urban
atmosphere of Barcelona.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer,
washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary
kitchenware for a comfortable stay. In addition, the apartment offers
Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, and a lift in the building.

⚠️ Important information:

There are currently construction works in another apartment in the
building, which may cause construction noise at certain times.

The apartment is recommended for families and not suitable for groups
of young people.

vibrant and best-connected areas.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Located on the iconic Avenida Paral·lel, the apartment sits on one of
Barcelona’s main cultural avenues. Known as the “Catalan Broadway,”
Paral·lel has long been associated with entertainment and performing
arts, home to famous theaters such as Teatro Apolo, Victoria and
Condal, which are still active today. The area also offers a wide
variety of restaurants, tapas bars, terraces and nightlife, creating a
vibrant and authentic local atmosphere.

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
