Avinguda Paral·lel, as does the main bedroom, which receives natural
light throughout the day. The dining room is located in a separate

located in a building with an old elevator, typical of traditional
Barcelona buildings, which may generate some noise.

apartment, including balconies and terraces.

day and at night.

Late check-in

* Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
(please ask if you wish to arrive earlier). Outside these hours, a
€30 cash supplement will be charged; after 22:00, €50, and after
00:00, €80.

* If arrival is during weekends or public holidays (local or
national), the cost will be €30 until 22:00, €50 after 22:00, and
€80 after 00:00.

* If arrival is on 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be €50
until 22:00, and €100 after 22:00.

* The Barcelona tourist tax valid in 2026 (€9.50/person/night, for
guests over 16 years old and up to 7 nights) will be charged.

🚭 SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances. Any complaint
or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction and a minimum fine of €400.

🚫 PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In case of complaints
and/or intervention by the police, security, or neighbors, a €500 fine
will apply, in addition to any police penalties.
