The flat has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two
bedrooms with single beds, offering flexibility to comfortably
accommodate up to 4 people. Two of the bedrooms overlook Avenida
Paral·lel and have private balconies, providing natural light and views
of Barcelona's vibrant urban life.

The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped separate
kitchen, designed for you to prepare your meals in comfort during your
stay. Centralised air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year,
while shared Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected without any problems.

The building has an old lift, characteristic of classic Barcelona
buildings, which can generate some noise at certain times. Smoking is
strictly prohibited in any area of the flat, including balconies and
terraces, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

Thanks to its location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be close to
Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, with easy access
to the city's main points of interest. This flat combines comfort,

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.

• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.

• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.

• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.

• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.

• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.

• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.

• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
