  • U bent exclusief gekozen om het meesterwerk van de modernistische architect Antoni Gaudi, La Sagrada Familia, te bewonderen, omdat we zonder twijfel de meest verbazingwekkende uitzichten in de hele stad hebben. Onze luxe centric flats hebben een vergunning van het Catalaanse VVV-kantoor en zijn volledig uitgerust: bedden van goede kwaliteit, schone handdoeken en alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken. AA, Verwarming, Gratis WiFi internet en SAT TV. Wij zijn Artur en Joana. We leven in hetzelfde gebouw en helpen je met tourinformatie en beste tips. Met een receptie zijn we erg flexibel. Minibus shuttle in 20 minuten van / naar de luchthaven.
    Alle appartementen hebben twee slaapkamers met balkons en de woonkamer van 20 m2 heeft nog 2 balkons die uitkijken op de voorgevel van de kathedraal. Veel, veel natuurlijk licht in de hele flat! Enorm terras (125m²) is slechts een droom die uitkomt voor zonaanbidders en bewonderaars van prachtige uitzichten. Spaans ontbijt, de beste tapas en diners die erin worden aangeboden. Tapasrestaurants, versmarkt en uitstekende verbindingen met alle locaties op slechts 50 meter van het appartement

Stunning view of Sagrada Família! We ate all the meals at the apartment because we had a million dollar view! The owner’s communication was great. The property was easy to find. The only thing I would say is that the apartment could use some additional cups and mugs. The sheets and bedding was ok, but could be replaced with new. Just a few touch-ups and fixes would improve it quite a bit. But overall, we loved our view and the proximity to Gaudi’s masterpiece.

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and of course, the big plus was the fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia, one of my main reasons for visiting Barcelona. The Cafateria across the street was perfect for breakfast, as was the restaurant below the apartment, and a wonderful Italian bistro up the street. I loved taking a cup of coffee into the park opposited the cathedral early in the AM. The stairs were a challenge (my hip is being replaced shortly), but a small price to pay for such a great location and view. I would definitely go back. Thank you, Arturo!

We loved staying here! Having a view 24/7 of the most beautiful Sagrada Familia at all hours of the day was truly breathtaking…. Comfy beds and nice bright cheerful large apartment! Close by train Metro stop!! Wonderful caring staff working at Gaudi’s nest ! We want to come back already!!! Loved our stay sooo much, Hope, Tom & Sam!

My word the view is worth the stay alone

Great spot central location with easy access to the sites of the city with the major one right out your back window. Comfortable space with easy check in. Communication was always prompt with owner and the space is as presented in the ad. View from the suite and roof top are spectacular.

Couldn’t stop staring at Sagrada Familia outside the living room windows. Wow! Communication was awesome, the apartment was clean and easy access to Metro. Highly recommend!

This is literally stationed in the front yard to La Sagrada Família. No other location has this great of a location or view. Good grief. Would highly recommend based on location alone! Owner was friendly and he also owns the restaurant downstairs. Can’t beat this place. One of the best finds ever!

Great location

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed both the location and easy access to everything as well as the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and exactly as described in the photos. There were an abundance of great restaurants to eat at and the metro station was a very short walk that allowed for easy access. It is a very busy part of the city, and the view of La Sagrada is fabulous, if you are not used to a bustling city, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Would stay here again!

great stay

My husband, a friend and I, all around 70 stayed here for 4 nights. It's a nice apartment, and a great location. The view of the Sagrada Familia is wonderful. We got tickets to go in first thing in the morning when the light is incredible and it isn't too crowded. It's a long climb (5 more flights) to the rooftop, but it's a great view from there as well.

Wonderful location and comfortable apartment

The location could not be better--just across from the Sagrada Familia but perfectly quiet. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The shower was a nice size with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We couldn't be in the apartment for the manager to explain how to use the washing machine, so management did a load for free--washed, dried, folded and delivered to the apartment! We would stay again.

What a view!

We had a wonderful stay right in front of the Sagrada Familia. You are right in the thick of things there. It was comfortable for our family of 5….although we did need the couch to pull out into a bed so we lost some space there. The check in was super easy and everything was explained very well. They were very helpful in getting us a van on our departure. The restaurants steps from the front door are delicious!!!!

ONE BLOCK FROM SAGRADA FAMILIA, BIG VIEW OF THE CATHEDRAL FROM TWO DOUBLE PATIO DOORS. NICE NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE HOP ON HOP OFF BLUE LINE. EXCELLENT ASSITANCE WAS PROVIDED BY ANDREW, THE ON SITE MANAGER. IF I STILL RAN A BUSINESS I WOULD HIRE THIS YOUNG MAN IN A HEART BEAT. GOOD RESTAURANTS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. NICE APARTMENT, A BIT NOISY AT NIGHT, BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE AND SERVICE PROVIDED.

Amazing View / Location

This location is amazing and convenient to anywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right there. The windows overlook the park and the amazing LA Familia. We got the roundtrip pick up from/to airport, prompt service with friendly staff. There is metro (very clean) on either side of the church so just a block away. Groceries/Farmicia across the street. Apt is very clean and has everything you need. Roof top terrace is great day or night. There are alot of steps! But worth it.
