It is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for your stay. It’s just a 4-minute walk from the metro, and it’s very easy to get to the main tourist attractions. <br><br>The apartment is bright and very comfortable, perfect for families, small groups, or couples.<br><br>> WHERE WILL YOU STAY?<br>We have three bedrooms, all with large closets and new, very comfortable beds. <br>The bedrooms consist of one double with a king-size bed, one double with two single beds, and one single.<br>The rental includes bed linens and towels. We also have a safe and an iron.<br><br>> THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM<br>The kitchen was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you need to make breakfast, cook, or enjoy a good cup of coffee. For your convenience and comfort, the kitchen features a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, microwave, oven, and kettle… And if you need it, there’s also a washing machine available for your use.<br>Our bathroom is modern, spacious, and very clean. It features a hair dryer and a spacious bathtub with a glass shower enclosure. For your convenience and to make your stay easier, we provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.<br><br>> THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM<br>The living room is spacious, comfortable, and lovingly designed, with two very comfortable sofas. We have a large TV with access to streaming services. The dining room features a large table with comfortable chairs, where you can plan your next day or enjoy dinner with your family.<br><br>> OUR GUIDE<br>We’ve put together a guide to the apartment’s basic amenities, nearby services, transportation, and recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing—a guide that has already helped many guests and we hope will be a useful resource for you as well :)<br><br>> INTERNET ACCESS<br>Whether you’re relaxing or working, the apartment features high-speed fiber-optic internet, ideal for streaming, video conferences, or remote work.<br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE<br><br>We consider cleanliness and guest service to be our top priorities. Both my wife and I are always available, and we’ll help you plan your trip before you arrive and answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. <br>Before your arrival, we’ll contact you to finalize all the details.<br>We’re avid travelers and have extensive experience hosting guests, so we know exactly what you’re looking for!<br><br>> IMPORTANT<br>We’re a legally registered apartment with an HUTB tourism license.<br>For this reason, we’re required to register all our guests. Guests must pay a tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night (rate as of April 2026). This applies to all guests over the age of 16, for a maximum of 7 days. This tax is NOT included in the total amount and must be paid in cash at the apartment.
