Avenida Gaudi:
A nice 3 bedrooms apartment few minutes away from the Sagrada Familia. This large apartment is located on the 3th floor of a building with elevator. The living room is spacious with a doble sofa-bed, Smart TV and a dining area with table and chairs. The atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to all the light coming through the windows doors, and the balconies. The open kitchen connected to the living room is equipped with fridge / freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, ….


There are three double bedrooms with large wardrobe, on of them has a TV. Two complete bathroom.


For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Internet access, a washing machine, dryer and air conditioning in all rooms.
We are in the heart of the residential area of Barcelona, the cradle of modernism, just off the famous Avenida Gaudi, one of the most pleasant half pedestrian avenues of the city. Surrounded by the most beautiful works of Antonio Gaudi, just 5 minutes walk from the famous Sagrada Familia and 5 minutes from the Hospital de Sant Pau, you can finish the day visiting the Parc Guell and the Paseo de Gracia, thanks to one of the Metro stations nearby.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.








Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
