Guests enjoy full private access to the entire floor of the building, along with hotel-style services such as daily cleaning and well-maintained common areas that are disinfected daily. Please note that the property is best suited for families, business travellers, and adults over 30. Bachelor parties or groups that may disturb neighbours are not accepted. A city tourist tax of €6 per adult per night applies (from April 1, 2024), payable upon check-in. Late check-ins after 20:00 incur an additional fee.
