Welcome to Barceloneta, one of Barcelona’s most iconic and vibrant neighborhoods. Nestled along the picturesque coastline, Barceloneta offers a unique blend of local charm and Mediterranean flair, making it the perfect setting for your stay.

One of the main attractions of the neighborhood is its beaches, the largest, most famous, and most crowded in the city. They offer a great atmosphere and excellent facilities.

The streets of Barceloneta are charming and distinctive; narrow alleys filled with old buildings, churches, and some establishments that have retained their decor for nearly 200 years.

The area of the neighborhood closest to the sea presents a more modern landscape, although old traditions are still preserved. In the evening, you can witness the arrival of fishing boats unloading their catches for auction, providing some of the freshest fish available.

To discover the charm of the neighborhood, there’s nothing better than wandering through its narrow streets without worrying about the direction, stopping to taste the freshest fish at any of the local restaurants.

In addition to its natural appeal, the neighborhood has numerous points of interest, including the Catalan History Museum and the Torre del Reloj, the oldest building in the area, constructed in 1772 to serve as the port’s lighthouse.

At Barceloneta Beach, you can take the cable car to reach the Mirador de Miramar and enjoy the views of the port.

Just a few steps from La Barceloneta, in the Port Vell area, you can shop at the Maremagnum shopping center, watch a film at the modern IMAX theaters, or dive into the marine world at the Aquarium.


The apartment is your own.

- - Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm.
- - Late check in fee of 30€ for arrivals after 9 pm.
- - You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
