De locatie van het appartement is fantastisch om te bezoeken en te genieten van Barcelona, ​​is het in het centrum van de stad, en daarna kunt u een troostende rust met uw kinderen of uw partner, want it's ongelooflijk rustig te hebben.

Our stay was great, and started out well with a warm welcome from Raul and fruit/wine basket in room. The location is very convenient and we took the subway and walked everywhere. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously obliged - Thank you!The caretaker on site was lovely. We only met her upon arrival but knew we could contact her if any issues arose. We can’t wait to book this home again in the future!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well located in a quiet area of the city. The metro stop was within a short walk and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. Raul was a fantastic host and was incredibly thoughtful from the moment he met us at the airport. From the fruit basket and the thoughtful extras that were provided (milk, juice, wine and more), we could not have been more well looked after. Raul is the kind of host that others should aspire to be - simply wonderful. Thank you Raul - we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Barcelona!

We stayed 4 nights at this awesome home away from home. Spacious and bright, handy location (1-10 minute walks to buses, trains, groceries, shopping, restaurants), roof top patio! Our host, Raul, couldn’t have been better. After a long flight from Chicago, he greeted us at the airport and took us directly to our VRBO. We got all settled just before the country-wide blackout, but this worked to our advantage. Got a sandwich from a local shop, had lunch on the rooftop with the fruit and wine Raul provided. We then slept to get over our jet-lag and by morning the power was back. Our stay was perfect and the location offered plenty of local restaurants recommended by Raul and was easy to get around to all the sightseeing spots. Perfect for an extended stay in Barcelona.

It was wonderful to be in a location with so much available by walking. Raul gave us a map of the area with recommended restaurants which we enjoyed immensely. He was extremely helpful. He even picked us up at the airport. He was also very good with communication before we arrived. When we had questions, he did his best to answer in a timely manner. The apartment is as pictured. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was at night. We felt at home. I highly recommend!

Thanks to the wonderful and warm owner couple, I had no worries during my stay in Barcelona. The interior of the apartment was so relaxing that I felt like I was staying at a relative's house. I was fascinated by the view from the terrace in the morning and at night. I will definitely stay here again. I look forward to seeing you again.

The flat is perfectly situated to visit the city and great for a stay with little kids because there's a parc with three different playground nearby. The flat itself is very nice and equipped with everything you could possible need: nespresso coffee, juice, milk, a fruit basket and wine as a welcoming gift, umbrellas, books, toys for children. The roof terrace ist beautiful and a perfect place to have breakfast. The host was unbelievably nice and helpful: Not only did he help us find a hotel, when we had to arrive a day earlier than planned, he also picked us up at the metro, helped us to carry the luggage, organized a buggy for our child and bought him a teddy bear as welcoming gift. He also explained how to get around the city, recommend places to see und restaurants to visit and answered all our questions. Overall the perfect host and perfect place to stay as a small family.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, pour la seconde fois , par Raul venu nous chercher à la gare.Son appartement , pourvu de tous les conforts, est parfaitement propre.Raul et Carmen offrent dans la cuisine café ,biscottes ,eau ,fruits et vin et plein de produits de base afin que les touristes aient tout sous la main à leur arrivée : cela est très appréciable .L’appartement est proche ,à pieds en bus ou en utilisant les petits taxis peu chers à Barcelone , de tous les centres de visite.Nous remercions donc Raul et Carmen pour leur accueil parfait et d’une grande gentillesse.et espérons ( si nous trouvons de la place libre !) revenir chez eux à Barcelone. J’ajoute que les pièces donnent sur une très grande cour intérieure calme et sans voitures.N’hésitez pas c’est la bonne adresse…

My husband and I spent 5 night's at Raul and Carmen's apartment. It is very clean, well equipped and located within a 20-40 minute walk of all major attractions - for those who don't want to walk, the public transportation is close by, inexpensive and very efficient.The owners are extremely kind and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this homey apartment. It was a good base from which to explore Barcelona. The apartment had everything we needed to refresh ourselves and self cater. The terrace was delightful for relaxing over a glass of wine. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt warmly welcomed and comfortable. Raul picked us up from the train station and showed us his neighbourhood so we orient ourselves quickly. The hamper was such a surprise! Never have we been so happy to arrive in a city! Hopefully we can return one day.

We wish we could leave more than five stars! We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this quiet, clean, sunny apartment that had everything we needed (and more). Raul went above & beyond with airport pickup, a tour, a fruit basket, wine and food in the fridge. He showed us points of interest on the map and was quick to respond anytime we had a question about the area. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop terrace surrounded by Carmen’s beautiful plants & flowers. The location was ideal - close to many sights and in a safe area. Raul and Carmen, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness, hospitality and generosity. We sure hope to go back! Gracias!

This was our first trip overseas with our two adult children. We chose this place bc of the reviews on VRBO. Every wonderful review was deserved and truthful. Raul was beyond kind and helpful to people who do not speak the language and needed some guidance. The apartment was perfect for our family and our needs and the location was amazing. As all of the previous reviews have mentioned, Raul went over and beyond as the host of this clean and well located property. We could walk most anywhere in the city we wanted to go. Montjuic is easily walkable within 25 min for example. The roof top terrace is a lovely perk though we used it less due to the time of year we were there. We would definitely stay here again, we had a fabulous time!

Apartamento bien equipado, muy limpio y situado en una zona residencial, muy tranquila y con un muchas tiendas disponibles, como supermercados, panaderìas, carnicerias, pastelerias. Muy còmoda la parada del metro cerca del apartamento, en 15 minutos se llega tranquilamente al centro de la ciudad. Los propietarios Raul y Carmen fueron muy acogedores, facilitandonos mapas y muchas sugerencias sobre la ciudad.Nos hicieron sentir como en casa nuestra. Recomendamos este apartamento sobre todo si se viaja con familia.

The owners, Raul and Carmen, bent over backwards to ensure our stay was trouble free. They were personable and were a large part of why our stay in such a beautiful city as Barcelona and our viewing of the America’s Cup racing was as good as it was. The property was well located within walking distance of the Barcelona subway system. Best of all, the Panet bakery was right across the street which ment we had warm bread every morning. My wife and I can’t wait to come back!!!

First of all we can’t say enough about how great Raul and Carmen are as hosts and people. The terrace, full of green plants and a table and chairs to eat or relax, also had the washing machine- which we find so helpful on our trips away from home. The 2bedroom apartment hadveverything we needed. Just a note: the bed itself was hard, but that was the only thing we could find to say thplace wasn’t perfect! The kitchen had olive oil jams and butter water juice and a fruit basket that really hit the spot! The location had easy access to trains and buses andand was quaint and safe for us.
