Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Ramblas with 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room, you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



The apartment is located in a lively street next to Ramblas and the Contemporary Art Museum. It is also only a few minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, the Gothic Quarter and the Boqueria market. It is the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

Wij bezochten met 4 collega’s een congres. Appartement vormde een goede uitvalsbasis door goede centrale locatie en handig dat er 3 badkamers waren. Locatie is dicht bij ov en loopafstand van enkele hotspots.

Stayed in this apparment with 7 friends with New Years weekend and it was great! The location is perfect, close to Placa the Catalunya and the Ramblas.. Real nice appartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything you need is in the appartment, could'nt get any better. Thank you!!

Wij (7 vriendinnen) hebben tijdens het herfstverlof 4 nachten verbleven in het appartement Plaza Catalunya. Het was gewoonweg fantastisch. Het ligt op 5 minuten stappen van de Ramblas, heel centraal dus. Het was uitermate proper en van alles voorzien. We zouden zeker teruggaan. We hebben een superleuke citytrip gehad.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. Having three bathrooms for just four of us was a luxury, as our two adult daughters could have their own space. With a decently sized living area and kitchen, we had plenty of room to hang out together, a priority for the stay. The location was nice, and we were within walking distance or a quick taxi ride to many spots. The management was attentive to our concerns and requests and also reserved a taxi for our trip to the airport. Thanks, En Ville for a great experience!

This apartment was a great set up for two families travelling with kids with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was conveniently located to restaurants, transit and attractions. The property managers were helpful and responsive to messages. Our unit had the same layout but not the same furnishings as the one in the photos. In reading other reviews, we may have lucked out and been given a unit on a lower floor - less stair climbing for us! Our group also appreciated having access to laundry facilities in the building. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was very accomodating as we arrived very early. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment while the cleaning ladies worked to clean the apartment, which they were excellent at doing. Matteo came to the apartment once cleaning was done and went over a map explaining several places to visit.As my wife and I are accustomed to sleeping on a king-size bed, I was concerned about the size of the our bed. We would say it was closer to a queen size bed versus a double. Very comfortable.Also I had heard the A/C in some places might not be like what we are accustomed to and I have difficulty sleeping in warm temperatures. We had the thermostat set on 23C and it was great.Very modern design, well equipped. Very quiet, never noticed any outside noise/traffic.Elevator was very small. You do have to go up several steps to get to it, but not bad. It could take a few trips to get everything up.It is several minute walk to the bus stop, but area is very flat, no hills to climb.The wifi worked well, no issues. We did not watch TV.Bathrooms all good, no issues.We did have a power outage in our unit one evening. We checked breakers, all seemed good. Was able to get hold of someone, I do not recall who, at number provided for VRBO contact. They answered right away and suggeste turning alll breakers off and then turn all back on. That worked.Lastly they provided us 3 keys to the unit which was very helpful.Highly recommend!

Going back to our roots.

My family and I were in Barcelona visiting the birthplace of our grandmother. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great, washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building but free of charge. Location was good, a 7 minute walk to Placa Catalunya and a 3 minute walk to a Metro station. The staff was great to work with, Mateo met us at the rental when we arrived and went over everything with us. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same.
