A spacious hilltop house that sleeps up to 12 guests, featuring impressive views of the Maresme coast, a pool, and large outdoor areas, just a 25-minute drive from Barcelona—ideal for family and group getaways.

The house is located next to a nature reserve, perfect for hiking, and close to the beach and the wineries of the Alella wine region.

MAIN FLOOR: large living-dining room, spacious fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a guest restroom.
UPPER FLOOR: second living room with TV, a double bedroom, and a master suite with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and jacuzzi (optional, subject to availability; 50 euros per day for the entire stay, payable before arrival).
Air conditioning in all bedrooms (not in the living rooms). Beds for 10 guests, plus 2 folding extra beds to accommodate up to 12.

OUTDOORS

The property has several sets of stairs (between floors and down to the pool), so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The house has Wi-Fi, a security alarm, and free parking in front of the property.

It is located on a quiet street, a 3-minute drive from the town center, which offers all kinds of services and excellent restaurants. La Poma BikePark is 5 minutes away, and the nearest beaches are in Premià de Mar, which also has a marina with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Mataró, with its large shopping center, is 10 minutes away; Barcelona Airport is 40 km away, and Girona Airport is 60 km away.

Celebrations (anniversaries, birthdays, business gatherings) are welcome as long as noise levels remain moderate. If guests not staying at the property will be attending, please contact us before booking to confirm authorization and the associated cost.

The house is suitable for families and groups of adults aged 21 or older. Pets are welcome (maximum of 2, for an additional fee). Utilities are included; please use electricity and water reasonably, as excessive consumption may result in additional charges.

A crib and high chair are available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee (see House Rules).

Families with children of any age are welcome; groups must consist of adults aged 21 or older.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration. Babies under 2 years old must also be registered, but they do not count toward the maximum occupancy.

A €1,000 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the property.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the property, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; pet waste not collected from the garden, €100; additional hour of extraordinary cleaning due to the condition in which the property is left, €17 + VAT (21%). For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Pets are welcome (maximum 2), with a fee of €35 per pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in the pool or the hot tub, nor on the sofa or the beds, and their waste must be picked up from the garden and disposed of properly. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, family or business gatherings) are welcome, provided that music and noise are kept at a moderate volume; open parties are not allowed. Visitors not staying at the property must obtain prior authorization from Opening Doors; please contact us for details on the conditions and cost.

Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.: no music or noise outdoors; the pool may be used quietly.

Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors must obtain prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 PM.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property; it is permitted in outdoor areas, provided you use ashtrays and never discard cigarette butts in the garden or the pool. Barbecues and outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas and may be restricted during droughts or when required by local regulations. Please do not enter the unlandscaped areas of the estate.

Keep doors and windows closed when you are not at the property. Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Pool: Use it only for swimming and relaxing. Do not eat, drink, or pour anything into the water, and keep the skimmer and filtration system free of objects. Glass bottles, glasses, and any other glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. Jumping into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any structure not designed for that purpose is strictly prohibited, as is any behavior that may endanger people or damage the facilities. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The property is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of the facilities. Please close the umbrellas completely when not in use, as there may be strong gusts of wind.

Garden and pool maintenance may take place during your stay. Maintenance is carried out in the morning, always with prior notice, which may be given on short notice, even after your stay has begun. It never involves entering the house.

The hot tub is optional, subject to availability, and must be requested before arrival. It costs €50 per day and must be booked for the entire stay; it cannot be booked for only some of the days. Payment must be made before the start of the stay.

Please take out the trash regularly, and always before leaving, placing it in the outdoor bins. Before leaving, please also load your dishes into the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
