This is not a property I can recommend to anyone. I booked two rooms and my family and I ended up separated across different buildings. Most days we had no hot water, and on the one day we did, it only lasted long enough for one shower.
On top of that, the company repeatedly harassed me about paying tourist fees that were never disclosed upfront. I paid them before check in, sent multiple screenshots showing the payment had processed, and they still continued to message and call me.
To make matters worse, our neighbor were extremely loud and one night we lost electricity and I had to reset the breaker myself. Overall, this stay was not worth the money and I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. To end on a positive note, the apartment was clean and in a good location.
