This is a beachfront villa, 10 km from downtown Barcelona and connected to the metro. 5 bedrooms, elevator, private pool, ocean views, garden, and fully equipped, in a quiet residential area. Families are preferred.

The house, which measures 240 m², features a two-level garden of 200 m² and a private pool with nighttime lighting. There are 5 double bedrooms, each with a closet, a 36 m² living room, 3 bathrooms, indoor parking for two cars, and a third outdoor parking space. The renovation was completed a year ago. The house retains a distinctive style that blends perfectly with its surroundings—a quiet, residential area that’s actually right next to downtown Barcelona, offering opportunities for both seaside and mountain excursions.

The tourist tax is payable upon arrival to the apartment owner, who will transfer the payment to the Generalitat de Catalunya.
